This is a wonderful picture book for developing emotional intelligence featuring limited text and charming illustrations. There are messages on empathy, kindness and the importance of understanding the needs of others. It provides lots of opportunities for exploring emotions, how we manage our feelings and how we can provide help and support to others.

Great for helping children to understand that when people are struggling or feeling sad they often don’t need the advice of others. They just need someone to be there for them, someone to listen, someone just like Rabbit.
