Meet Phillipe…llama and member of the League of Llamas, secret agency of elite lama spies. Spying is Phillipe’s second favourite thing, his number one is gazing at himself in mirrors and admiring his rather spiffing fringe. His partner Lloyd isn’t much better, he prefers eating over spying. And it is these two llamazing spies that must save the llama world. They just need to stop General Bottomburp and his dastardly plans, deal with a highly-skilled, red-dress wearing llama and retrieve the national treasure - The Golden Llama.  Get ready for plenty of llama-drama…

Llama themed stories are all the rage at the moment. This is a fast-paced and funny adventure that sees two comedic llamas try to save the llama world. Whilst lacking in expert spy skills the duo have plenty of heart and charm. Readers will be laughing at and loving the antics of Phillipe and Lloyd.

The laughs come thick and fast, whether it is the actions of the spy-duo or one of many of the llama-themed puns; hop into the Llamaborghini as you head to Killamamanjaro before ellamanating the enemy.

This is the first in a new series of books which I am sure will delight young readers. They are engaging, amusing and easy to read featuring short chapters, large text and plenty of black and white illustrations.
